At MS Fragrance, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@msfragrance.store. Returns should be sent to the following address: Karachi 74800, Pakistan. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we do not accept returns for the following:

Opened or used perfumes.
Sale items.
Gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one after your return is accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
